Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-10-30

This policy explains how Everive ("Everive", "we", "us") handles personal data when you use everive.com, take our quiz, join the waitlist, or start a free trial of our app. We are the data controller. You can reach us at hello@everive.com.

1. What this policy covers

This policy covers this website, our quiz, and the Everive app and services that link to it. Our app is not released yet. The quiz lets you tell us you're interested, join the waitlist, or reserve a free trial before launch. We use what you share to shape the app and to contact you when it's ready.

2. What we collect

  • Quiz answers you choose to give (for example your goals, habits, age range, or height and weight if a quiz asks for them). Answers are linked to an anonymous session until you give us your email.
  • Contact details: your email address, and whether you agreed to receive tips and news.
  • Trial and payment details: if you start a free trial, our payment provider Whop collects your card and billing details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive the plan you chose, your email, and the status of your membership.
  • Device and usage data: pages and quiz steps viewed, the link or ad that brought you here (UTM parameters, ad click IDs), browser and device type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: see section 5.

Quizzes are not medical tools. Please don't share health information you're not comfortable sharing; questions are always optional to the extent that you can leave the quiz at any time.

3. Why we use it, and our legal bases

  • To show your quiz result and plan options, and to save your progress (performance of a contract / steps you ask for).
  • To handle your waitlist spot or free trial, including cancelling a pre-launch trial so you are not charged (contract).
  • To email you about the app, especially when it launches (legitimate interests), and to send tips and news if you opted in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To measure which features and ads work, so we build the right app (legitimate interests, or consent where the law requires it for cookies and pixels).
  • To keep the site secure and meet legal, tax and accounting duties (legitimate interests / legal obligation).

4. Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site:

  • Whop — checkout, free trials and memberships.
  • Google (Sheets, Analytics) — storing quiz responses and measuring site use.
  • Meta, TikTok and OpenAI advertising tools — measuring ad results through pixel and server events.
  • Anthropic and ElevenLabs — in some quizzes, your first name and quiz answers (never your email) are used to write and read aloud a short personal audio preview.
  • Vercel — website hosting and basic analytics.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer. Some of these providers are in the United States or other countries. Where required, transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

5. Cookies and pixels

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your email and quiz progress, to remember the quiz you opened, to keep the ad source of your visit (UTM parameters), and to measure ads with the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Analytics and OpenAI Ads Pixel. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, limit ad tracking in your device and ad-platform settings, or email us to object to this use of your data.

6. How long we keep it

  • Quiz responses and waitlist data: until the app launches plus 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them.
  • Trial and membership records: as long as needed for the membership and for tax and accounting rules (usually up to 7 years).
  • Analytics data: according to each provider's retention settings (typically 14–26 months).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, UK GDPR and California law), you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict how we use it, withdraw consent, and opt out of the "sharing" of data for cross-context advertising. Email hello@everive.com and we'll answer within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in every email. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Children

Our app and quiz are for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, trusted providers and limited access to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we work to keep your information safe and will tell you about a breach where the law requires it.

10. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we add new features. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or on the site.
